2020 is made up of entrepreneurial staff that have held senior finance positions in industry

Directors

Stephen Hay qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992. He has over 15 years experience of the IT industry where he has held a number of Finance Director positions.

During his 3 years as Finance Director of Platinum Technology UK, the company grew from start-up to over 200 people. The NASDAQ quoted parent was subsequently sold to Computer Associates for $3.5bn.

Stephen Kelly qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 with KPMG. He has held several Finance positions in industry including Financial Controller of the international operations of a $1b NASDAQ quoted company.
